What to expect
Join me to connect to your breath and move through a steady, refreshing and grounding class to gently wake up your mind and body.
Leave feeling centred, calm and energised for your day.
Move with the breath and hold some poses for a few breaths.
Set a personal intention for our day.
Build our posture for the day.
Recharge our minds and bodies.
Clear our heads and improve focus and mood.
Boost metabolism, immunity and digestion.
Create a resilient and calm foundation for our day.
All you need is space for your mat and comfy clothes.
Cameras are turned on to create a connected group experience and to allow me to check in on everyone and offer guidance :-)
Please turn the mic off once the class has begun.
As an open level class, I will offer modifications/variations in poses.
Optional props: a cushion/block might be comfortable to sit on for some seated poses and two blocks/strap might also be handy, but props are not required.

The style of yoga is based on 'Vinyasa' yoga. Vinyasa means 'to place in a special way' which refers to the synchronising of the movement with the breath - an upward or open movement is usually linked to an inhale and a downward or twisting movement is usually linked to an exhale.
