What to expect
Connect to your breath and move through a steady, refreshing and grounding class to gently wake up your mind and body. Leave feeling centred, calm and energised for your day.
We will:
Move with the breath and hold some poses for a few breaths.
Set a personal intention for our day.
Build our posture for the day.
Recharge our minds and bodies.
Clear our heads and improve focus and mood.
Boost metabolism, immunity and digestion.
Create a resilient and calm foundation for our day.
All you need is space for your mat and comfy clothes.
Cameras are turned on to create a connected group experience and to allow me to check in on everyone.
Please turn the mic off once the class has begun.
As an open level class, I will offer modifications/variations in poses.
Optional props: a cushion/block might be comfortable to sit on for some seated poses but is not required.

Additional information
The style of yoga is based on 'Vinyasa' yoga. Vinyasa means 'to place in a special way' which refers to the synchronising of the movement with the breath - an upward or open movement is usually linked to an inhale and a downward or twisting movement is usually linked to an exhale.

We will move with the breath and hold some poses for a few breaths to release tension, build strength, improve flexibility and relieve stress.
Unwind with a relaxing cool down and savasana. Leave feeling revived, calm and connected to yourself.​

All you need is space for your mat and comfy clothes.
Cameras are turned on to create a connected group experience and for me to check in on everyone and offer guidance :-)
