You'll also receive foundational knowledge and a personal toolkit, including 10-minute videos, to support your journey towards long lasting health and fitness.

COURSE OVERVIEW - READY TO BEGIN YOUR JOURNEY TO FEELING FITTER, HEALTHIER & RADIANT? LET'S GET STARTED!

WHAT TO EXPECT

In the classes, you'll move with your breath and hold certain poses for a few breaths to build strength and flexibility, release tension and alleviate stress. This practice follows the principles of Vinyasa Yoga, where movement is synchronised with the breath—typically, an upward or open movement links to an inhale and a downward or twisting movement links to an exhale. This course is designed for all levels, and beginners are welcome. Classes will include variations to suit all levels while providing the same benefits.

**4-WEEK COURSE INCLUDES**

Four 1-hour studio classes that blend strength, flexibility and mindfulness, and target both physical and mental fitness (target areas listed above in course benefits). 

 

Four 10-minute video classes. Following each studio class, you'll receive a bonus 10-minute class featuring key poses from that week’s studio class. You have the option to practise these during the week at your convenience. These videos are yours to keep and can be used to develop your own personal mind and body toolkit.

 

Enjoy a small class size (no more than 12 participants) for a more personalised experience.
