What to expect
Join me to connect to your breath and move through a refreshing class to stretch, strengthen and restore your mind and body.
We will move with the breath and hold some poses for a few breaths to release tension, build strength, improve flexibility and relieve stress.
Unwind with a relaxing cool down and savasana. Leave feeling revived, calm and connected to yourself.
All you need is space for your mat and comfy clothes.
Cameras are turned on to create a connected group experience and for me to check in on everyone and offer guidance :-)
As an open level class, I will offer modifications/variations in poses.
Optional props: a cushion/block might be comfortable to sit on for some seated poses and two blocks/strap might also be handy, but props are not required.

Additional information
The style of yoga is based on 'Vinyasa' yoga. Vinyasa means 'to place in a special way' which refers to the synchronising of the movement with the breath - an upward or open movement is usually linked to an inhale and a downward or twisting movement is usually linked to an exhale.
