Service Description

Connect to your breath and move through a steady, refreshing and grounding class to gently wake up your mind and body. Leave feeling centred, calm and energised for your day. We will: Move with the breath and hold some poses for a few breaths.   Set a personal intention for our day. Build our posture for the day. Recharge our minds and bodies. Clear our heads and improve focus and mood. Boost metabolism, immunity and digestion.  Create a resilient and calm foundation for our day. All you need is space for your mat and comfy clothes.  Cameras are turned on to create a connected group experience and to allow me to check in on everyone. Please turn the mic off once the class has begun.   Optional props: a cushion/block might be comfortable to sit on for some seated poses but is not required.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Classes cancelled up to 24 hours before the start of the class will be refunded/recredited. If you have a 5 Class Pass (valid for 2 months), we will recredit your pass with the class. If you have booked a Single Class, we will refund you the cost of the class. To cancel, please send an email to and provide your name, the name of the class and date.
