Connect to your breath and move through a steady and refreshing sequence to calm your mind and refresh your body. Move with the breath and hold some poses for a few breaths to release tension, build strength and improve flexibility. The class will help you to open your hips, chest and shoulders and strengthen your back, core and legs - especially welcome if you spend long periods sitting or working at a desk or computer. Enjoy a relaxing cool down and Savasana to soak up the benefits of the practice and leave feeling revived and calm. Some of the benefits: Build posture, strength and flexibility. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Classes cancelled up to 24 hours before the start of the class will be refunded/recredited. If you have a 5 Class Pass (valid for 2 months), we will recredit your pass with the class. If you have booked a Single Class, we will refund you the cost of the class.
