  1. You have the perfect opportunity to connect to your breath and really tune into your body.  

  2. There's the best of both worlds - you can focus on your practise (with less opportunity to compare yourself to others), whilst still feeling connected and part of a group.

  3. Option to set the scene (music, candles, low lighting etc) and wear what you like.

  4. Maybe snuggle under a blanket in Savasana.

  5. Or add a meditation after class. You're home already after all.
