Service Description
Move with your breath and hold certain poses for a few breaths to release tension, build strength, improve flexibility and relieve stress. Class will help you to open your hips, chest and shoulders and strengthen your back, core and legs - especially welcome if you spend time sitting, working at a desk or using your phone/computer. Enjoy a relaxing cool down and Savasana to soak up the benefits of your practice. Finish with 10 minutes of meditation/breathwork. Leave feeling revived, relaxed and connected to yourself. WEEKLY CLASSES: Classes cancelled more than 24 hours before the start of the class will be refunded (minus a 10% admin fee). Students also have option to reschedule class instead. To cancel or reschedule, please send an email to melissa.king@hotmail.co.uk and provide your name and class date. COURSES: Courses cancelled more than 14 days before the start date will be refunded (minus a 10% admin fee). To cancel, please send an email to melissa.king@hotmail.co.uk and provide your name. There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date.
