Service Description
Move with your breath and hold certain poses for a few breaths to release tension, build strength, improve flexibility and relieve stress. Class will help you to open your hips, chest and shoulders and strengthen your back, core and legs - especially welcome if you spend time sitting, working at a desk or using your phone/computer. Enjoy a relaxing cool down and Savasana to soak up the benefits of your practice. Finish with 10 minutes of meditation/breathwork. Leave feeling revived, relaxed and connected to yourself.
