Move with the breath through a rejuvenating and nourishing sequence to stretch, strengthen and restore the mind, body and soul. Hold some poses for a few breaths and finish with a relaxing cool down and savasana. Class will help improve posture, strength, flexibility and focus and leave you feeling revived and calm. Open to all levels with options in poses. Beginners are welcome. Style is based on 'Vinyasa' yoga Vinyasa means 'to place in a special way' which refers to the synchronising of the movement with the breath. An upward or open movement is usually linked to an inhale and a downward or twisting movement is usually linked to an exhalation.
